Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you fill in on the contact form: your full name, email, phone, the topic and your message and, if you provide them, your company or the area you are interested in.

Why we use it

We use it only to reply to your message and handle your request. We do not use it for marketing messages and we do not sell it or pass it on to third parties.

Who processes it

Form messages are delivered to us through Formspree, which processes them on our behalf and may store them on servers outside the European Union. The website is hosted on Netlify, which logs technical visit data such as the IP address for security and operational reasons.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for no more than 12 months after our last contact, unless we end up working together.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict their use or to object to it. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you have the right to contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
